I have never had an issue with a cheap Uncle Mike's shoulder rig but I'm not trying to carry it like Dirty Harry under my suit coat either. They make some nice holsters for bear guns that go on the front of your chest but with the scope I don't know that makes it tough it fits pretty good under your armpit and is more out of the way.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.
