Most hunting clubs have a harvest record. It is usually at the check out station. Game wardens can read the harvest log. If you have 3 bucks on the club harvest log and only 2 on game check, they have you with not putting the 3 rd buck on game check. You will get a ticket. Most clubs , but not all clubs require that you report you kills. But there are out law clubs that don't report any kills. Does this explain it.
No way that would hold up in court.
So if I write your name down as killing 5 bucks, I can call the warden and he’s gonna write you a ticket. I don’t think so.
