Could be a test run to test comms infrastructure, response times etc. Could be building up to a "fire sale" type of attack.

They brought the bomb robot out and inspected it, then sent in the guy in the bomb suit, then several other guys went all over it.

So was this just a suspicious rv or was it also blaring the same recording? i read a news article said it was playing similar music etc as the Nashville RV.
