Game over. They won't hear a single one then. Precedent is set.

This case was not the only one out of Pennsylvania and was filed by a state senator. It was over the unconstitutionality of the mail in ballots.

There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

I just knew if any of it made it to the SC, then we had it in the bag and the swampy deep state heads would roll. What's the damn point of voting or holding an election anymore if the decision has already been made? Complete and total bullschit

Deep, Deep Swamp. Let the free for all begin. And if they wont even hear the case, they're worthless IMO.

Was it a single judge's decision or a panel decision not to take it up. If it was a single judge, who was it? This was the Supreme Court of the United States. Not a state judge. It was unanimous.

Did they accept the lawsuit from TX for all 4 states? They have not made a decision yet. They have to have 4 justices agree that the court should hear the case.

Was it a single judge's decision or a panel decision not to take it up. If it was a single judge, who was it? This was the Supreme Court of the United States. Not a state judge. It was unanimous. It is my understanding that each judge is assigned states within the US and determines whether cases brought by those states are heard before the full court. There was a list of which judges had which states that I saw the other day. My question was, was the decision not hear it made by a single SC justice or a panel of SC justices.

Doekiller,do you know when Sen Cruz is going before the court? Cruz will not go before the court unless they agree to hear the case. I've been afraid that the SC would drop back and punt on the majority of this. Especially when I read that each judge was assigned certain states with regard to case acceptance criteria.
