Hopefully they are waiting on the "right case". I do not believe they will hear multiple cases. Maybe they realize another case is more broad (ie Texas) and are waiting on the right case. That's what I'm thinking. The texas case incorporates the same "not abiding by state constitution law" (not heard in this case) but does so for all 4 states at one time. It was filed today before the refusal to hear was issued so they may have punted on one, only to agree to hear the broader case. No telling really. I'm about tired of trying to figure out if states, the federal govt in general, or the Supreme Court are going to follow the constitution as written. Based on past history for the last 10yrs, I'm not holding my breath.

The Supreme Court only denied emergency injunctive relief. In the order, it did NOT deny cert.@MikeKellyPA’s suit is still pending before the U.S. Supreme Court.https://t.co/UNMZeuiDVy

I hope you are right but I'm pretty sure doe killer put it point blank... All articles I've seen fail to mention that they only denied injuctive relief. That's why I dont believe we can trust anything from today's MSM. Jeanna Ellis should know and I'm sure that she probably read the full order and not just the one sentence (you know, the one that is bad for Trump) that the press is fixated on reporting. Doekiller probably just read the same articles I did and believed what he read. I did until Jeanna tweeted about the order addressing only the request for injunctive relief. The SC did not write a one sentence order, I can assure you. The press only reported one sentence of what was written is the more likely case.

I’ve listened to Wilkow, Hannity and I’m watching Lester Holt now, and it’s not the defeating news that the MSM that reported it wants us to believe it is.

Gentleman, there was no opinion. When the court declines to hear a case, the often issue one sentence, unsigned, unanimous orders. Hear this, hear this

Twitter is saying they have agreed to hear Texas case.
The Supreme Court on Tuesday evening gave Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania until Dec. 10 at 3 p.m. to file responses to the Texas effort.

It's not over by a long shot. Trump will remain president! They cheated, plain and simple Geeb, your right it's not over but, the fat lady is warming up. I personally don't see 6 judges changing 80 million votes.

For the first time in modern history, we are self-sufficient as far as energy production goes. Does anyone really think all those people working to provide, transport and distribute supply that power would vote against their .livelihood? Especially the jobs where they were No way in hell. Especially in Pennsylvania. TRUMP 2020

The authors of the constitution were way smarter than the dumb a$$ democrats today. At least 7 states have joined Texas in this suit. If Texas wins the legislation will select the electors. If that happens, Trump wins......legally!!

Not to sound like the resident expert here but it should take 5 (five) SC judges, not 6. Was reading something on the link and it mentioned 6 judges but you are correct it only takes 5
