I missed a shot opportunity on another good buck yesterday afternoon. I was hunting a big hill at the T of 2 roads in some 5yr old pines. I had what I think is the smaller 8pt that was with the one I killed Friday walk out with a smaller buck on the rd to my left. I stayed watching them thinking something else may come out. I decided to look down the rd in front of me and all I saw was that ass end of him and white antlers. I was able to get the scope on him just as he rounded the curve and stepped out of sight. I know they all look bigger from behind but from what I could tell he was a good one. Hopefully I will see him again. Was a fun afternoon in the stand.
