I have a daily regimen that I’ve been doing for years and I’ve already had the Rona (China virus) which was like a mild cold
I attribute this to the Grace of God and the regimen I was already on
When I need expert advice I tend to talk to myself
The older I get the better I used to be

Elderberry is supposed to be a natural antiviral. My wife and kids take a shot of elderberry syrup every morning. Crap taste awful. Id rather be sick. When we had the covid, my wiife kept trying to feed me elderberry juice. She drinks it pretty regular. I dont care for it. I will say this, i got sicker than she did. She swore it was the elderberry that kept her from getting too sick.

I'm an introvert anyway so I ain't worried too much about it. Hate being around people I dont already know. Heard great thinks about c and d and the elderberry tho. Along with Oscillococcinum
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??
