My wife still can't smell much. We had it in july I had it late June. Smell is about 10% of normal. Everything smells like air running thru my nose. Worst symptom I had was a super bad sore throat. The throat was still bad after I tested negative. Had to visit ENT doc for three months and it is still mildly sore. He said this was the most common post covid issue he was dealing with.

Go about your routine as usual. I know people who live in the same house with covid and never got it. The only reason you should change your routine is if you feel too bad to go about your normal routine.

Here a few weeks back I had a spell of 2 days where I had a horrible headache, cold like symptoms and horrible loss of taste. I assumed I had Covid. After a few days everything was back to normal.

No dibs!
At rapid test doc n box now.
If I didn't have Covid when I got here, I surely do now. Hate going to these places and the doctor in general. No offense to our own medical professionals.

Dmmit Stray did you just give Corona to everybody at the Golden Rule? I'm supposed to meet my cousin there for lunch today, but if you've been running around there like Typhoid Mary then I'm going somewhere else. I sat at end counter seat near the kitchen door. Don't lick the counters and you'll be ok. You know they changed the name to Archie's, right? Same people, same menu, just as good...just no longer part of the original Golden Rule "franchise" from early 70s. Archie is the grandfather who started the 2nd store in Hoover.

People die. We figure out how to avoid that one and the place will be even more full of people in no time.
I did lay in the bed for one day. Wave after wave of terrible body aches rolled over me nonstop for about 16 hours. I'm sure I had a fever for a few days but never checked it. Mild sore throat, snotty nose and mild cough.

Just finished at Dr.
Negative for Covid19. But I do have my normal crud/sinusitis/head cold that I get each fall. Rx and some shots in the arse.
Sinusitis can alter your sense of smell which impacts your sense of taste....may explanation the difference.

Sinusitis can alter your sense of smell which impacts your sense of taste....may explanation the difference. I always have sinus infections (well up until I had sinus surgery). But I had covid a few months ago. Still don't have all of my smell back. My rapid test was negative, but the other one was positive. Did they just do a rapid test?
