We had a fule barrel cut in half long ways. Had it sitting on concrete bases then built a fire under it. Dunk the hog with 3 point boom lift then scrape.

Only gotten one and it came prepped. Was from a hog farmer though. Cooked a bunch of little wild ones - always skinned them for ease of use.

We had a fule barrel cut in half long ways. Had it sitting on concrete bases then built a fire under it. Dunk the hog with 3 point boom lift then scrape. That is how we did it. When the fire gets scalding hot, dunk them for just a second and lay the pig on a tarp. Get on your knees with some sharp knives and scrape the hair off.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
