Low carb can be healthy or not healthy. Eat only non processed foods with lots of raw vegetables and healthy meats and it's very healthy. Try to live on bacon,sausage,bologna,eggs,and butter and you will likely lose a bit of weight but eating garbage will eventually catch up with you.
