That's not rebuilding...that's just putting the blowout panels back in place. My $$$ is still on the pier having to be torn down. If the storm completely demolished that much of the pier, no telling what damage they'll find when divers inspect the octi and the remaining sections north of the missing section. Hoping the damage was isolated to that one section, but I honestly think it will wind up being completely demo'd
