I have a Moultrie AC-300 camera with a field modem. Used it last year with no problems. Looking to upgrade the camera because the pic quality is crap. Any recommendations y’all have for Moultrie cameras around / between $100-150. I’ve looked at just buying a spypoint cellular camera, but since I already have the Moultrie modem I was just going to stay with Moultrie.

If you can find them Triple J. I have been searching. Yeah, I just looked at several places. Looks to be backordered everywhere.

I might have some lying around i'll give you. I will try and look tomorrow. Or you could get the 6000 series all in one and do away with the modem. With an external Battery I've had great luck with them Howard

The S50i had the best picture (day or night) and trigger of any camera I have ever owned. Trail Cam Pro says basically the same thing. It's a 2017 Camera but can still be found new online. It does however eat batteries. Hook it to a 12V external and it does great.

Dan Moultrie Signature Series, They were good. I have 10-12 of those left I believe. Issues with all those were the battery treys gettin corroded.

Get the Tactacam reveal for$99. 3 times the camera as a spypoint. I looked at a lot of reviews on them and they had alot of negative. I will not but an expensive cell cam for public land. I have a $200 spypoint, and the Moultrie V6000 and 7000, i think that's the models anyway. To get better pics ya gotta request hi-def... My Moultrie picked up my truck over 100yds away the other night. Moultrie cameras are GARBAGE!!! (and so is their customer service...)
I've been using Browning camera's for the past 3 years and they haven't given me a minutes trouble. AND they are easy on batteries! Not sure about their cell-cam's but imagine just as good if their other cameras are an indication of their quality.
I've had several models Moultrie the last 3 years with only 1 issue handled instantly by their customer service. I've used some of their refurbs for 2yrs with no issues as well and my cams are out 9-10 months a year. Maybe I'm LUCKY

Not sure about negative reviews cause I love mine. Way better than spypoint. Batteries last way longer also.

The moultrie M80 are some fine cameras but the rest have been junk in my experience.
