Deer hunting quit being fun when it became all about killing mature bucks that score such and such. That is ultimately what is driving game check and all this other bull crap. People think if other hunters just did their part they could kill 200” deer every year.
I say lets go back to running dogs, brown is down, and everybody has a good time.
It doesn't have to be that way. I still have fun and kill what I want. I've never been one to post on the net about what I kill anyway. Side steps getting pissed about somebodies comment about what you killed anyway.
Plenty of dog hunting in Fla and it's still as fun as you remember it.
