Bottom line. If the processor is "required" to collect the game check info, then there will be some kind of penalty for noncompliance. Therefore he is being unfairly appointed as an officer of the state and not compensated in any way. The very definition of unfunded state mandate.

You are correct sir This is just a shot in the dark by Chucky to make a failed system work My guess is he’ll be taken to court over this
This^^^^^. Not to mention that, if you read the regulations, the 48 hr. rule is STILL in effect. So, how can this new requirement be enforced?? I would tell the processor, I'll have the confirmation number in a few hours. If Mr. Green Jeans asks, have him check my CID.
