After reading a little on their webpage, I'd be surprised if they don't take care of you. I can't see how they'd want a brand new trailer that might have welds letting go, out in service. https://circlewtrailers.com
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Did you pay for it up front? If so, if its that bad I never would have accepted delivery, much less paid the remainder.

Did you pay for it up front? If so, if its that bad I never would have accepted delivery, much less paid the remainder. Kind of what I was thinking. Not throwing rocks at you but 1- NEVER pay up front. A deposit, yes, the whole thing, no. 2-Look it over upon delivery/pickup. If it ain’t right, don’t take it. If it was dark, wait to pick it up in the daylight. I bought a brand new boat years ago that the trailer had a messed up fender when I went to pick it up. The dealership owner told me he’d order me a new one but to go ahead and take this one for the time being. I asked him to put it in writing. Kind of surprised him and he said he built his business off of his reputation. I told him OT was that I didn’t trust him, it was that I didn’t trust anyone. Just good business practices to protect both parties. Edited to add: I’ve been a certified welder for almost 30 years. As stated above, the margin on trailers is ridiculous.

Strange, we’ve got a circle W gooseneck at work and it’s quality. It’s 3 years old and zero problems. It's entirely possible that their entire workforce has changed 3 times over since then. I'm not knocking welders, I consider myself to be one, but most places that do production fab work, especially on low margin items like gooseneck or smaller trailers, and other things like that pay so low that the majority of their welders are guys who are spun out. I’ve often times wondered what places like that could be getting a quality welder for or what they normally pay their welders. The welders I know or work around are regularly making 35-45+ and I just didn’t figure trailer builder paying that.
The fool tells me his reasons; the wise man persuades me with my own.

I didn’t pay anything up front. Yesterday the a dealer for the company brought it down since he was working here close to my house. I’ll take some pics tomorrow

After looking at the pictures, I concur. That's bad.

Fab shops as a general rule don't employ trained and certified welders. I can hire a guy with no welding skills and within a week teach him enough to be able to weld, quality welds. Whether or not they will depends on them, but they can in a week.

I'm just an amateur welder and I could do better than that.

I’m not a welder at all and that looks like “amateur hour” to me. Dadgum. I’m surprised some of that didn’t come loose on the way home. Chit. A trailer like that is not just a purchase. It’s an investment you expect to get years of service from.

Part of the blame is yours for not examining it before full payment. I agree it looks like a tac welder did the work and not a certified welder.I'd be pissed too.

I'm pretty confident they will make it right. They got a good reputation and I'm sure they want to keep it. It's been 35 years since I was at their shop. But a guy I worked for in high school bought two trailers and two truck bodies from Circle W. Those trailers are still strong today and one of the truck bodies has been moved to three different trucks and still solid today.
