Lol. Can't resist a good Where to Eat post every time I come down here.
And I still don't understand the fascination with Big Mike's. Im sure the steak is great but all I taste is Dales Sauce every time I eat there. Doc's and Big Mikes rival each other for my steak fix...I don't know about the Dale's..you mean they add it to the meat? I can't say I have ever tasted that, and I use Dale's at home for some things so I would think I could recognize it. That Big Mike ribeye is amazing, so is that huge ribeye at Doc's. the wife gets the seafood, but those ribeye's are my absolute favorite. I'll do seafood / fish but not at those 2 places, LOL Dale’s Green Lable (Low Sodium) has about a third the salt of the regular red label if you have to have sauce. And waiting on the “good steak don’t need anything” crowd to pipe up in 3,2,1,........

I mean unless you're cooking some piggly wiggly spoiled meat..(ask me about this, it's a no-shitter)

Leave Orange Beach and drive to Boudreaux's Cajun Grill on East bay. Or go eat at Felix's on the causeway. Both decent places. I honestly don't know of any place at Orange Beach that I would go... Not a fan of boudreaux’s. Live 5 min from it, tried it 2 different times. Just not my thing. Felixs is some count though. The New Mexican restaurant on the causeway is pretty good, try it next time your down this way (I mean it’s Mexican lol)

Well that didn’t take long A good steak requires just what the diner wants on it, without worrying about appearing to being a connoiseur to other folks. I like ketchup on scrambled eggs and Doekiller would run me out of his kitchen if he smelled that mess. Or he might just yell, “who the hell are you?”

These threads are not about places to eat, they are all about look at me I’m at the beach. If there was a “Keepin’ It Real“ trophy for 2020, FuzzyBunny just carved his name in the brass plate.
