One of my grandmothers used to make dough balls and catch them out of our pond. Cook them in a pressure cooker. Make patties out of them like salmon. Bones and all. Yuck

Lake Tuscaloosa doesn't have a ton but it has some monster commons and grass carp. I shot a common carp up there that was 34lbs and several grass carp in the 50 lb range
We will burn that bridge when we get there
