And im sure hate crimes can only be perpetrated white on black, right?
"Biden will enact legislation prohibiting an individual “who has been convicted of a misdemeanor hate crime, or received an enhanced sentence for a misdemeanor because of hate or bias in its commission” from purchasing or possessing a firearm." This statement, again, straight from the Biden webpage, leaves it open to interpretation, What is an enhanced sentence in this case? Bias during a misdemeanor? Note this is not for felonies, but misdemeanors (possibly for violation of laws not yet created.)
