I tried my instapot for boiled peanuts and let them go75 min, and natural release. They were still pretty crunchy, so I went another 20 minutes and really not much better. Ended up tossing them. Some of you pro's tell me what I did wrong! Using green peanuts or dried peanuts? The package just says raw. Probably dry, then. You can get them there, but it'll take a while. Green if you can get them. They are going to boil better.
