The ABC Board just voted unanimously to change "Last Call" at bars to 11pm, with a requirement that all beverages be consumed by 11:30....................to "combat Coronavirus". Because, as we ALL know, the 'rona is like Cindarella. It can be disguised as a tasty adult beverage, but at Midnight, it magically turns into a horrifying pandemic.

That same bottle, at the ABC store in Tuscaloosa, is $52 and at the private liquor store up the road, it's like $80...........All because the state of AL thinks it's appropriate to be in the retail alcohol sales industry.
There are 3 certainties in an uncertain world:

So Gomer, whats that $40 bottle got in it? it was a handle of Buffalo Trace......nothing super fancy but a step up from my usual Wild Turkey or Old Forester.
