Is it worth it to us or worth it to you? Depends if you want a 350 with a carb or 420 with fuel injection. If a grand doesn't bother you, buy the fuel injection or make damn sure you run 100% gas in the carb'd one.
You should be able to find 350 ranchers in the 05-07 years for 2-3k. Is that the range you see? I don’t mind spending any amount for quality/dependability. But all I’m really looking for I hauling a deer out of the woods without scratching up my truck. Going to leave it at the camp.
