Looking at used Honda four wheelers. (It’s crazy hard to find a non snorkeled atv). It appears I can get a 2007 carbeurated 350 for about a grand less than a 420 fuel injection. Is the grand worth it?

Is it worth it to us or worth it to you? Depends if you want a 350 with a carb or 420 with fuel injection. If a grand doesn't bother you, buy the fuel injection or make damn sure you run 100% gas in the carb'd one.

You should be able to find 350 ranchers in the 05-07 years for 2-3k. Is that the range you see?

Would be but we are likely too far apart.

I don’t mind spending any amount for quality/dependability. But all I’m really looking for I hauling a deer out of the woods without scratching up my truck. Going to leave it at the camp.

I have a 350 that has been fine. I rarely drive it, though. Usually use the Pioneer. But the 350 gets through unbeaten paths better. For this price range I think you'll be fine with either, assuming they are good shape.

Is the 420 4wd or does that matter to you?

Best 4wheeler ever made. IMO

We've got an old blue one on the farm. Thing still runs and drives like its brand new. Cranks at the hit if a button. Sometimes I even pullstart it just to go back in time for a few seconds.
