Mask maybe.... but she isn't shutting anything down. The State can't afford it we need the tax revenue so we can pay a bunch of crooks off for consulting, road work, consulting on road work, etc.
They ain't the only crooks but road and bridge builders are the mafia of the south, no doubt.
