I saw a Cajun fishing guide hook, land and release a brown pelican in the Gulf out of Venice.
It was done deliberate.
I was with 3 TVA guys.
“He really needs to watch who he does that stuff in front of,” one of em said. “I mean, I’m a federal biologist.”
