A man busted out a friend of mine's telephone company van windows on South Shades Crest Rd this morning and yelled at him then drove off. I'm "assuming" he was working at Morgan Rd construction area but not positive. Luckily he wasn't sitting in the van when it happened. Be careful out there. Was acting as a b*m member. Probably an individual using it as an excuse to loot. Will post more details when I get the clear to do so. Must have been an AT&T van. Hard to blame them for that Absolutely. I'm tempted to do the same when I see them.
