Don't get me wrong...I'm all about bowling for protestors.
However, this appears to have been a deliberate act by the driver. The state patrol had that section of the interstate blocked off due to the protests, and he got on the interstate using an off ramp. Per the state patrol, impairment wasn't an issue, either.
Not sure what makes these idiots think it's a good idea to protest on the interstate.
I read somewhere where he swerved to miss a van parked sideways in the road with no lights on and lost control. I haven't seen anymore about that, but if they hadn't been in the road, it wouldn't have happened.
