Same reason also many places are open but they have the restrooms closed. Lazy, sorry people that don't want to clean them and think that health department regs are suspended. Maybe the Regs are different now, I don't know but the real reason is they can get by without cleaning them.

This really irks me because I Like to pee and wash my hands before I eat so my hands are clean and I won't have to get up in the middle of a meal. Just one of my little compulsive/obsessive things.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
