The valve let’s air in, not out

So where does the air go that it lets in and you exhale out? loco It’s not a filter and if it didn’t let the air out then you lungs would not work and you’d die from carbon monoxide poisoning.

No argument just facts on the use of these mask.

Do you suffocate and die with the ones without a filter?

Is this a real argument?

central ala,
I don't know, that's for sure. The following is from the Mayo Clinic

N95 masks
Actually a type of respirator, an N95 mask offers more protection than a surgical mask does because it can filter out both large and small particles when the wearer inhales. As the name indicates, the mask is designed to block 95% of very small particles. Some N95 masks have valves that make them easier to breathe through. With this type of mask, unfiltered air is released when the wearer exhales.

Please tell me how UNFILTERED air protects the people around you if you have Covid?

Under the new code of conduct it’s impossible for me to adequately respond to the fact that any of you think masks don’t help.

It’s truly amazing.

The last I’ll say about it. I hope and pray all of you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy

I'll be the first to admit I don't know. I asked a simple question. How does UNFILTERED exhaled air protect the people around you?

647 employees at my company haven't worn a mask since this democratic hoax has started. Guess we're all just plain lucky. Guess it only infects Democrats.

I dont think anyone will argue someone with covid should be wearing a mask, in fact I think everyone would agree that person should be quarantined since they can spread it through airborn and surface contamination. That should prevent the spread from an infected individual, I just see no reason someone without covid would wear a mask?

Well, if some crazy high percentage of people with COVID are asymptomatic, how do you reconcile "if they have covid should be wearing a mask" with "most people don't know they have it?"

Skinny, permission to briefly violate the CoC, sir?

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

For me it’s about the freedom to choose to wear the mask or not; not the effectiveness of the mask. In my opinion, if you’re worried about getting sick or loved ones sick, wear a mask. Don’t need the government mandating their use.

He doesn't understand that he thinks the valve opens on the inhale and closes on the exhale he's said it about 5 times. In all my life I've never worn an NIOSH approved mask that allows you to breath in unfiltered air so it can then filter the air I exhale. They all seal on the inhale and the valve opens allowing you to exhale. Even the high dollar respirator type with removable cartridges do not filter outgoing air defeating the whole argument of why we wear a mask to protect others. And since we now it doesn't protect the wearer whats the freaking point?

Show up wearing a mask for a jock strap and that only. Tell em it’s a mask and you’re wearing it.
