I was a firearms instructor, PPCT , SSGT, taught use of force a bunch, you can make an argument for deadly force on this one, but not something if I was working that I would jump on board with. Suspect missed with taser and my understanding is that was the last prong. Maybe the officer didn't know. That would be in his favor.
