After seeing the full length video clip and not just the 20 sec blip that first showed up yesterday, the officers were definitely in the wrong and most likely will be charged in some capacity, as they should be. The autopsy will tell whether the knee to the neck cut off blood flow to the brain or stopped his breathing and at that time, will determine the extent of the charges against the officers. Murder, manslaughter, or contributory negligence on the part of the officers will be determined by the autopsy results. If the autopsy shows that he was not suffocated and that lack of bloodflow to the brain did not occur, they will be hard pressed to get a murder conviction on the officers, in which case

Either way and regardless of the final charges against the officers, and it will never replace the man's life, but his family is going to be rich $$ as a result of this stupidty on the officer's part.
