Explain to me how someone can resist with his hands handcuffed behind his back???? I’m behind law enforcement 100% but this has to stop. I understand that police men and women put there lives on the line every day and officers die in the line of duty all the time. This kind of brutality has to stop. Actually, and statistically, the police officer is one of the safest jobs in this country. If you want to meet a man who literally puts his life on the line every day, then talk to a lineman.
