My wife and I are trying to get ready to purchase a chunk of land. Can anyone recommend a good lender? We aren't sure exactly how much land we will end up purchasing but it will be 40 acres or more. Any information is appreciated.

Our preference is Shelby County but we are looking everywhere. The land prices are so much better a little more North but commuting to work could be an issue for the wife. We are looking at all options. If I had the money, I would buy that 3800 acres in Chelsea.
I owned 46 acres in Helena a few years back and we got sideways with our builder and realized it made sense to sell it. We bought it out of foreclosure and ended up selling it to a builder. Looking at how it has grown up, I am glad we sold it so we can be a little more secluded.
