I patrol our neighborhood before dawn. Gives me something to do and keeps me the popular guy! I killed 41 of the bastards last year and am up to 10 since turkey season ended. High humidity and dark skies after a rain are the ideal times. 3 this morning. Got a shitehead neighbor? Dump them upwind of his residence. Win, win. smile

Grass, yes. They will root around and make a yard look like crap.

Semo, 22lr. The shovel is just to load them up. I don't like touching them at all. I did kill one with a shovel last year though!

So you cruise the neighborhood every morning with a shovel, 22 rifle, and a wheel barrow. Awesome!

I suspect the crime rate in your neighborhood is very low.

Funny you say that Fuzzy_Bunny, the few cars that drive by never stop to talk. When it gets hot I don't wear a shirt and I'm sure I look crazy. No break in's on my watch!

Pistol or long gun?

Turkey season closes in Maine June 6th. After that I guess I'll have to come home.

Long gun AC870. ! armadillo and 1 possum rode the "wheel barrow of death" this morning. I also killed 27 possums last year. The possums eat our figs, scuppernongs, etc. Anything that eats eggs rides as well. I got 2 cemetery's I hunt. Freaks people out me walking around in the dark in the cemetery. Safe neighbor hood. Good luck North40R!

That's awesome.

LOL! Sounds like a lead in to a Jeff Foxworthy story! Although that is a good idea and probably something we'll see in the future on a hunting show.
