what I was told (I haven't done a lot of research on this one) was that he was seen looking into homes that were still under construction. Now, was he looking for something to steal? who knows...........I know I've looked in windows of under-construction homes and even walked through partially completed homes before when were looking for one to buy. I realize that was still trespassing, but it doesn't mean I was looking to steal something. I'm sure glad someone didn't see me and decided I deserved to be shot dead in the street over it.
