You right about that.The Dr's in Alabama formed their own insurance company. Also in Alabama, to prove malpractice you have to find a dr that has done the procedure in the last 2 years and will testify that the procedure was done incorrectly. So retired Dr's are a no-go and no Bama's Dr's are gonna testify against other Bama Dr's causing their own premiums to go up.
