Did I cash my stimulus? You dang right I did. I have 2 kids at home and while I’m waiting on the state to pay me back the money I’ve paid in for decades I’ve got to feed those kids. Don’t get too giddy about the housing market either. That bubble will pop again.

The numbers are NOT accurate. It’s MOSTLY bullschit. The virus is real but the politics behind it are even more real and far more damaging. Exactly....how are the death/infection numbers validated. Honestly the folks that benifit from this most could put out whatever numbers they want. You can say it's from CDC, etc...I will never trust the numbers

I need to tell my 200 small business customers (slightly less now) that most everything is open and back to normal. They, nor their bank accounts, seem to have gotten the memo. I just got April's numbers and they make March look like an economic windfall. The only segment of businesses in my portfolio that seemed to get through those two months ok were Hardware Stores. Everything else from auto repair to restraunts to salons to manufacturing took a downturn that looked like a free fall. They'll be glad to know all the hype and manufactured numbers were worth their sacrifice and that they will be back to normal , in regards to revenue and profit, immediately.

Those are the Provisional deaths, where the Death Certificate is recieved showing COVID as the cause and is the PROVISIONAL numbers. People arent getting processed and death certificates sent out the minute they die. People are actually being stored in refridgerated trucks. They havent been processed yet, hence the discrepency. provisional: [prəˈviZHənl] ADJECTIVE arranged or existing for the present, possibly to be changed later. Around 3000 deaths in 24 hours. Luckily for us here it seem to be cities with a lot of public transportation systems ( subways, buses) doing badly. Densely populated areas, not sparsely populated ones. However I dont quite understand the tin foil hat, non stop conspiracy theory BS on here lately. Someone here is even saying it is less then 13000 deaths with some crack pot facebook video as proof. Yeah..some idiot said it on facebook and the internet ..so that must be true. The truth is a lot of folks are dying from this. A few members from this very site have lost family who are shocked at you all just playing it down, acting like the numbers are wrong as the numbers are way over what you said they would be. They wont even post on here as a few of you jump on anyone disputing your nonsense. At first you guys said It was going to be less then the average flu year of 20,000 to 30,000 deaths. Well its is already double or triple that. And it has surpassed the worse flu year ever recorded. It has killed 60,000 people in one month and is more then the worse influenza deaths recorded in 12 months. And it is still going strong in places , other then here luckily. But Im sorry to burst your bubble.. but the numbers are not wrong. You guys were. I remember some of you posting when the numbers prove folks to be wrong..WILL THEY ADMIT IT? There are people who hate America, they've been the champions of shutting down, something you've defended adimantly. My MD buddies and colleagues have all been on my side. The numbers of covid are a lie. Patients with metastasic cancer, congestive heart failure and stroke have been listed as covid deaths. These large hospital systems have forced their MDs to list these deaths as such because of dollars. That's why other causes of deaths are diving.

I wonder how many folks will align themselves with the type of businesses deemed essential. If they don't they might be dumb. If I weren't essential, I'd bail in a heartbeat. Curious as to what that might mean on a greater scale.

We stopped work for 3 1/2 weeks too. Luckily. as one of my crew got this and was sick for 16 days. Would have killed my 88 year old mother in law with cancer had I brought it home.
Im not belittling anyone Wiley..just pointing out the FACT that unemployment has been ramped up, Max PLUS $600 a week. Sorry. but those are the facts. Pretty sure Nancy Pelosi and the dems pushed that..just saying.
And stimulus packages got paid out.. a couple actually. And people have been sent money. A lot of money. Trillions of tax dollars.
A lot of folks got it and were still working..that is the facts. Members here said as much.
That very money is a major part of the deficit and inflation. That is fact as well. The very same deficit and inflation some of the same folks are yelling about.
Facts seem to bother folks on here these days. I guess you cannot have rational debate on here any longer as so many are irrational here as of late.
So no I do not understand why facts dont matter. I wasnt belittling anyone..just stating the facts.
Now I can see why folks are afraid to post about this. A lot of you just cannot handle the facts and truth here any longer, nor any differing opinion on this virus. Or anyone pointing out folks posting numbers they know are misleading.
Wow. I guess freedom of speech gets over run here now too? By the same folks acting like their constitutional rights are being violated?

The 18 people my wife had to fire last monday would disagree with the booming economy theory as well. Fire? You fire someone for doing something against company policy you lay someone off for lack of work. If you’re fired there is no unemployment... so did she fire them or lay them off. If they were fired then they were screwed for lack of better wording.
