fourfive45 6 point Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 1,172 Black Belt	Slipped in within 100 yards of one this morning. Had one of his hens pitch down 50 yards from me and head towards him gobbling. His last gobble was at 6:20 and I couldn’t get on him to answer after that. That wind picked up hard around 8 and I left. I’m gonna try again tomorrow from a different angle.

And I was over 1.2 miles deep straight through woods, well over 2 miles via the road two others came in on. This is the first time I've ever encountered other hunters here. Pressure is insane this spring. Glad I got a few down early.
