Strip politics completely out of it and then look at it. Life, will not be normal until there is a vaccine or cure.....that is a true statement. While that may be true, the overall point is that he is suggesting to keep us in the current state of economic shutdown and social isolation for 18 months. Do you honestly think that is possible or even rational? No, it's not. We've got to do the best we can, hope that some of these antiviral treatments get developed and are effective in treating the virus until we can get a vaccine. Life will be different, but it can't cease to exist.
