Sounds like the FFL dealer/transfer is delaying you not the govment as gundic said Why would he? I know him fairly well and he knows me from work and the raffle was for a mutual coworker. I can’t think of any reason but maybe y’all have dealt with some like that. Just no gun until the feds say ok. I think academy and will he like have that policy I'm not sure about all your details or dealings but normally they have 3 days they can delay you after that they have to give it to you if they weren't able to find a reason in your background
