anyone wonder how they draft 850 pages that quick? did they have these basic outline already sitting ready with a main focus to put on the front of it?

I am looking into the lending end of it and how this impacts our small businesses we deal with. It seems the paycheck protection program they built into this may be hard to monitor (imagine that).

We will have to wait for SBA to get ahold of it and tell us how they are going to implement it and how they are going to quantify the needs.
