It won’t work. At least not very well. There are a whole lot of poor areas that don’t have access to computers, don’t have broadband offered in the area, etc... I am a principal in one said area like this. We will be distributing hard copies to our students. They mentioned using APT Alabama public tv to do some classes. Will be interesting to see how this plays into it. A lot more people can take a set of rabbit ears or an antenna and pick up apt in areas without internet
