Looks like the Sheriff's wanna kill the lifetime permit, but are pushing hard for the permit data base You are correct Either bill is no more than a gun registry for law abiding citizens ....criminals do not care The law abiding people will be the ones who pay the tax on this bill with the increase of permits to fund this illegal venture....watch and see when/if it passes Of course they don't want to lose all the money they extort from people paying for a right already given
