62#. If you can’t comfortably draw your bow from a seated position without “sky drawing” it, you’re pulling too much weight. Bam! I shoot 63 now after shooting 70 (actually the bow shop said it was 72) my whole life. My realization was when I couldn't pull it back while seated (tried hunting from a ground blind for the first time and had a panic that afternoon when I tried to draw and couldn't)
