Maybe I should have been more specific. I can actually get my arm over my head, too. But it hurts like a #$&%*+=&$ to bring it down again.
That's a clue it's a torn rotator cuff. yep...on the way up and on the way down, it hurts like hell; but if I could just walk around all day once the arm is up, I'd be good! 'Huntress just had surgery on her shoulder 13 days ago, started PT this morning...I'm shooting for having mine in about 35 days.
