Not clueless. I have a friend that is severely handicapped. Back looks like a serpent and legs look like pretzels, who half of the time can not get a parking place because of people just running into the store. So walk in his shoes. You should see what the hospitals deal with in their HC parking spaces. See it everyday. Even nurses that are walking the floors all night working park in them for mater of convenience.
