I’d be shocked if we have any land left to farm up here in 15 years. May have to move to the delta or S GA down the road Sad but true. The change I watched first hand over the last 12 years has been hard to believe. The next 15 will be faster Im sure Huntsville is going to absolutely mop the floor with Birmingham. I know Aldeer HATES any town over 50,000 people but the only large city in Alabama I would be excited about moving to would be Huntsville. Mobile, too far south Montgomery, no thanks I value my life. Bham, mehh. Huntsville, alright sounds good.
