I've been to Indiana a few times. Didn't make it up there this season but I plan to next. Beautiful country up that way.

for a 150 I'd go to Texas
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

I will be taking a customer so a public land DIY hunt is out. We have hunted Texas the past 2 years and just looking for a change of scenery(Texas is the greatest place to go and see deer). Problem with Texas is you pay per inch most places and the 150"+ deer will cost $6500+ for low fence place that includes lodging and meals and thats on the cheap side. High fence places you can find all day for cheaper but not really my thing. Nothing against it but just not what I am looking for right now. But the midwest hunts with legit chances are pretty expensive as well from what I am seeing. REALLY would like the chance at a booner. Texas offers that but they are just expensive.

I hear kansas early MZ hunt is the ticket for this type of hunt. Its not too cold and the deer are still on their feeding patterns.
It is what it is.
Inspect what you Expect.
Hunting TN, AL, KY, and IL.

I hear kansas early MZ hunt is the ticket for this type of hunt. Its not too cold and the deer are still on their feeding patterns. I've always wanted to go to KS for one of those prairie muleys. Actually drew the tag the first year I applied but didn't go. Just couldn't put together enough info on public land access. Their website isn't the greatest. Think I may give that another shot. We'll see what happens. Would be cool to kill a big ole Muley with a Muzzy.

Do NOT use Horseshoe Hills Outfitters
Get the F out of the BATFE. The F is guaranteed by the US Constitution. Those other letters are not.

Brushy Fork Outfitters in Ohio. You will not be disappointed and could easily get on 180-200”
