I used 2 layers of heat shrink tubing on the section of the wire that went through the firewall. Got it at harbor freight.

Just did it since it finally quit raining. Hopefully it sticks, if not i got another.
I got the battery operated x2. Installed 1 and decided that's all I needed.

Yea, AA battery operated so, ill have to swap batteries. They make easy to install and hard wire inside the blinker panel if ya like. I think ill use it alot as much as we hunt

My hunting truck Tundra came with a Undercover bed cover, which is a hard one piece. I am going to attach these right to the cover so when I lift up cover the lights will be above my head shinning down.

If you go with this company, the light strip has a switch... Even the ones that hard wire inside blinker assy.
