Does anyone have any experience with Trails End #2 Deer Processor there on Hwy 5 close to West Blocton?

(I searched the processor post and didn't see it mentioned)

I've used the one in Bessemer. No complaints here. Mike is a good dude. He prides himself on a clean facility. I would recommend it.

Where's the one in Bessemer? It might actually be a better option (closer to home).

I don’t man...thought it was about normal cause it didn’t stick out as being too high...remember not being happy they charged a fee though for not having the deer skinned like 10$ I think....even though I dressed It and everything

I do not remember exactly how much was charged, however, I do know that I took 3 deer in there at one time that I had quartered up(6 shoulders and 6 hindquarters) and he put them all into burger meat for me for $55. That seemed like a pretty good deal.

He makes some mean snack sticks and summer sausage as well.

I don't know who Mike is, but Thomas runs Trails End behind Bessemer and I've never had a problem. It's typically a straight $65 for an average deer for ground if you bring it in gutted. A little less if a really small deer, a little more for a huge deer. $5 for extra cuts. It's something like that. As far as I know, Thomas is splitting time between the two locations.

Coulda swore his name was Mike.

He's like an MMA fighter, works out all the time, in really good shape. Thought his name was Mike. Good dude either way.

I’ve used both the Bessemer location and the one in west blockton with zero complaints. They make an incredible burger called the black and blue. My mouth is watering now just talking about it! if you don’t like it,I will gladly take it off your hands!

if God wanted me to be a vegetarian, he would have made shooting brussel sprouts more fun!
