You want the world governments to address an actual pandemic??
Lets deal with cell phones. Let's quarantine anyone using a cell phone in motion.
Let's make a global law requiring all cell phones companies to disable phones in motion.
I mean totally inoperable, walking pace or above, completely totally inoperable unless absolutely motionless.
That's a real step towards addressing the worst pandemic this world has ever seen. Preach it!
